The Grand By Skycity, Auckland

The hotel's rooms were comfortable, and the wonderful restaurant was located on the other side of the hotel and on higher floors, providing a close-to-sound-proof experience, which was a big plus for us. The service was impeccable, from arrival through checkout, with very friendly and professional staff who even brought our bags to the room. The hotel's location was great, especially for its close proximity to a top selection of restaurants, although it was unfortunate that some amenities were closed during our stay. The dining experience was delightful, with the flexibility to have meals delivered to the room, and the facilities were well-maintained.
